Howelton Estate

I had the most incredible time at Howelton Estate, immersing myself in the art of artisanal chocolate. Walking through the lush cacao plantations, I learned how the beans are grown, harvested, and transformed into exquisite chocolate.

The hands-on workshop was a wonderful experience and, under expert guidance from the team there, we all made our own handcrafted chocolate bar. For anyone who loves chocolate or wants a unique taste of St. Lucia, this is an experience I highly recommend.

Rain forest adventures

The zip-lining experience at Rainforest Adventures was incredible and would make a fabulous pre-wedding activity for a wedding party. For anyone wanting to see St. Lucia from a completely different perspective, it’s challenging, fun, and unforgettable. Flying above the forest, with waterfalls and lush greenery stretching out beneath you is exhilarating and I completed the entire course, loving every minute of it, despite initially not really wanting to to it!
