Luxury Wedding Masterclass - John Emmanuel Floral Event Stylist Event.

What a difference a year makes! So much has changed since our trip to Australia in November 2019, when we attended the John Emmanuel Floral Events Gala Dinner in Sydney, as a guest of our gorgeous Wedding Planner friend Alysia Bridger Events. We first met Alysia at The Lanesborough hotel, when she was invited to join the Karen Tran Royal Masterclass dinner, that we had planned in London in 2018. The following year, Aylsia returned as our guest at the Karen Tran Masterclass at The Savoy and plans were made to catch up during my visit to Australia later in the year.

The John Emmanuel Floral Events Masterclass gala dinner was taking place in Sydney and was perfectly timed for my arrival in Australia. Alysia invited me to join her as her guest at Linseed House in the Grounds of Alexandria for an evening of wedding planning networking in my favourite city in the world!

John Emmanuel is a luxury floral designer based in Sydney and his work is exquisite! He has over 25 years experience in floral designs and creates the most opulent weddings and events throughout Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. John is well known for creating incredible floral installations and his cascading tablescapes, beautiful flower walls and epic ceiling installations are quite simply showstopping masterpieces!

The Masterclass was sold out, with attendees flying in from all over Australia and the far East to learn how to create high end luxury wedding designs and listen to John share is expert wedding industry knowledge. Like many floral masterclasses, the event ended in a gala dinner to showcase the work created over the workshop, with the events team and masterclass students transforming the rustic space at Linseed House, into the most stunning floral showcase.

Australia’s top wedding industry influencers were invited to the gala dinner event, to showcase the work created during the masterclass and it was a pleasure to meet so many Australian wedding suppliers. Indoor fireworks welcomed guests, which was an impressive start to an incredible evening. Breath-taking designs with beautiful florals filled the room and gorgeous linen, beautiful green charger plates and hundreds of candles dressed the tables. The most delicious food was served and musicians performed before heart felt speeches from all involved, including Wendy El-Khoury founder of Top Australian wedding blog Wedded Wonderland, whose final speech ended the event with her renowned yodeling (Do watch the video!)
